Silver Styx Golf Course is an 18 hole Championship Layout located in Markstay, ON situated on 200 acres with 10 acres available for future driving range and 40 acres of unused land. Only 20 minutes east of Sudbury, with a future proposed hwy expansion to Markstay, the well manicured course in a scenic country setting is considered to have one of the best playing conditions and specifically regarded to have the best greens in the region.

 

The first nine holes opened in 1998 with the transition to 18 holes in 2014. Huge potential awaits with the golf course expansion and the addition of a 30 x 65 Quonset building where events can now be held. Outbuildings consist of a 900 square foot proshop/snack bar with adjacent patio, 1000 square foot maintenance building, 2000 square foot Quonset building and 2 6x40 storage trailers.

 

There is also a 12x60 mobile home, 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom, some renovation required and is currently used for additional storage.

 

Irrigation is a fully automatic Rainbird Decoder System including pump control on 15 of 18 holes with 3 holes with manual control. 35 electric carts, 25 gas carts and all various equipment is included
